
Instructions
- Provide the booking number or ride date and time, your name and email, specify whether you want to change or delete transfer
- Write the changes you want to request and wait for confirmation, you will receive an email with the new order and the indication of any surcharge
- Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 working days and are applied to the original payment option
