1. Fill out the form and choose if you want to modify or cancel the service, see Terms and Conditions articles 3.7 and 3.8
2. Indicate all the required changes, you will receive feedback by email with the indication of any surcharge
3. In case of cancellation you will receive confirmation by email and the refund will be issued with the same method used for payment
