Instructions

  1. Provide the booking number or ride date and time, your name and email, specify whether you want to change or delete transfer
  2. Write the changes you want to request and wait for confirmation, you will receive an email with the new order and the indication of any surcharge
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 working days and are applied to the original payment option
  4. If in doubt, please refer to Terms and Conditions in Articles 3.7 and 3.8
